Refund Policy
The following refund policy applies to the services provided by Shwetha Kulkarni, a digital marketing consultant service provider:
- Service Agreement: Before engaging in any services, clients will enter into a service agreement with Shwetha Kulkarni, which outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms. It is important to review and understand the agreement before proceeding.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:a. Non-Delivery: If Shwetha Kulkarni fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe and is unable to rectify the situation promptly, a refund may be issued.b. Unsatisfactory Results: If the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon objectives and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable modifications, a refund may be considered. However, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as client collaboration and adherence to the agreed-upon strategies.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to Shwetha Kulkarni within 7 days of the service delivery date, explaining the reasons for the refund request. The request should be sent to mail@shwethakulkarni.com Shwetha Kulkarni will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered if only a portion of the services has been delivered or if the issue can be resolved through modifications or adjustments.
- Non-Refundable Items: The following items/services are non-refundable:a. Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by Shwetha Kulkarni for third-party services, tools, or platforms will not be eligible for a refund.b. Work Already Completed: If Shwetha Kulkarni has already completed a significant portion of the agreed-upon services, a refund may not be provided for the work that has already been performed.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through communication and negotiation in good faith.
- Changes to Refund Policy: Shwetha Kulkarni reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients will be bound by the refund policy in effect at the time of their engagement.
